Brock Lesnar Retains the Universal Title at SummerSlam

Brock Lesnar has retained the WWE Universal Title at Sunday’s SummerSlam event in Brooklyn, New York. Lesnar won the match after taking on Roman Reigns, Samoa Joe and Braun Strowman in a fatal four-way match during the pay per view’s main event.

During the match, Lesnar was carted out of the Barclay’s Center after taking two power slams through two announcer’s desks and having an announcer’s desk thrown on top of him by Strowman. Lesnar later returned and pinned Reigns for the victory.

Lesnar’s advocate, Paul Heyman, swore that if Lesnar lost the fatal four-way match, Lesnar would leave WWE.
